I have tried annex the whole czech which caused germany to declare on me as soon as they do sudetenland NF. However atm you only border the czechs and romania. You need 10% WT to justify after rushing revanchism which the WT rises to 10% ard 1937. Maybe you may think rushing Polish revanchism and grab your neighbours factories will be a good idea.
